Our company was established in 1985 by Robert L. Bear as a sole proprietorship.   In 1990, the company was incorporated as a Chapter S corporation, with offices and warehouses in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

During our years in business, the company has grown, doing over $650,000 in sales in 1999.  In May of 1996, we moved to our new larger office located at 2524 Willow Street Pike, Unit #2, Willow Street, Pennsylvania 17584.

We specialize in large- and small-scale remodeling of homes, including new additions, kitchens, bathrooms, sunrooms and decks.  We also perform light renovations in commerical buildings and will provide design services at customer request.
