We will save you from being misled by an unethical contractor, whose only goal is financial gain.   We have been in the remodeling business since 1985 and have 35 years of accumulated experience in the remodeling business.  We will come to your home, look over your needs. We will do an estimate, line by line on a computer printout that will show you what each item will cost.  If you desire to have some remodeling or repairs done, all you need to do is present the printout to the contractor of your choice to have the work done.  We will also provide you with inspections of the work as it is being done to make sure you are getting a good quality job.  We are at your service to make sure you get the craftmanship at the quality you require and deserve.  We want to assure you that all work is being done according to industry standards.

Consulting and Planning Services     $50.00/hour

Inspections of Work in Progress       $35.00/inspection
